Owner & Founder
Christine Coen
In addition to her work in event production and experiential programming, Christine Coen brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in commercial property management. She has overseen Class A office, retail, and mixed-use properties throughout Boston, combining operational excellence with hospitality-driven tenant engagement to create environments that foster community, connection, and memorable experiences.
Christine is also an entrepreneur and founder of Buttercup Boxed Gifts, a curated gifting business focused on thoughtful, elevated gift experiences that bring people together through meaningful connection. The business was featured on WBZ-TV in Boston.
Before transitioning into property management, Christine built her career in the restaurant industry, working her way up from front-line operations to Bar Manager and ultimately General Manager roles. That hospitality foundation continues to shape her people-first approach to leadership, service, and experience creation.
